Supervised Visitation Monitoring

Carabajal Monitoring & Court Services will provide a safe environment in which the Non-Custodial Parent and Child can visit in a safe and comfortable setting.

** We help with HIGH PROFILE - 'Celebrity Status' cases. Give us a call to discuss details.

Telephone Monitoring

Carabajal Monitoring & Court Services offers the Non-Custodial Parent the opportunity to communicate with their child via a 3-way call.

Note: Calls can be terminated at anytime at the discretion of the monitor.

Supervised Exchanges

Carabajal Monitoring & Court Services will provide safe exchanges of the minor child between Custodial and Non-Custodial Parents for unsupervised visits. *During Supervised Safe Exchanges, parents will not come in contact with each other.

Reports

If a report is ordered by the court or requested by either party and/or their attorney or the attorney for the child, the original report regarding the supervised visit must be produced. These reports should include facts, observations, and direct statements only and not opinions or recommendations regarding future visitation. There may be a separate administrative fee assessed.

Process Service/Document Filing and Skip Tracing

We Provide Process Serving and Document Filing as well as Skip Tracing. Please Contact us for any of these services for a quote!

Fees

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each visit.
We accept cash, Apple Pay, Zelle or all major credit cards through Square.

No refunds.

We offer services 7 days a week, a 2 hour minimum is required.
Available some Holidays, higher rates apply.
